Event Support Shifts
These are the three core 2.5hr volunteer shifts needed to make Cyclovia ATX possible.
Partial Setup and Event Volunteer (8:30 am – 11 am): Assist with basic site set-up, distribution of materials across the Zones, and be a part of the opening of the event at 10am.
Midday Event Volunteer (10:30 am – 1 pm): Keep the event running smoothly by assisting with attendee check-in, activity zone monitoring, passport stamping, and materials distribution.
End of Event/Load Out Volunteer (12:30 pm – 3 pm): Help wrap up the last hour and a half of the event with attendee check-in, activity zone monitoring, and passport stamping, and then assist with event load out and clean-up.
Activity Lead Volunteer
This volunteer shift takes place anytime between the hours of 10am-2pm; you choose!
An activity lead volunteer will share their talent with the community at Cyclovia. Are you a master hula hooper? Do you know how to juggle or enjoy face painting? Perhaps you want to share your knitting skills or show people how to make seed bombs!
This is the most flexible volunteer position. Please include your skillshare and preferred time (30 minute time slots, or longer, if needed/desired). We will confirm with you before the event.
