Bike Parades
Ride to to the event with your friends, family, and neighbors as part of a supported Bike Parade
Cherrywood Community Bike Parade
The group ride begins at Maplewood Elementary School and arrives at Marshall Middle School at the start of the event. It bridges the Cherrywood and Mueller Neighborhoods and provides support in crossing Airport Blvd with a full rolling enclosure stopping cross traffic at all major intersections.
Staging starts at 9:15 am with check-in, safety checks, and a group ride discussion. We will roll out at 9:40 am, and will arrive at Marshall Middle School around 10 am.
Windsor Park Community Bike Parade
The group ride begins at Blanton Elementary School and arrives at Marshall Middle School at the start of the event. It bridges the Windsor Park and Mueller Neighborhoods and provides support in crossing Airport Blvd with a full rolling enclosure stopping cross traffic at all major intersections.
Staging starts at 9:15 am with check-in, safety checks, and a group ride discussion. We will roll out at 9:45 am, and will arrive at Marshall Middle School around 10 am.

Join Austin Youth Fitness, Parents’ Climate Community, and Ghisallo Cycling Initiative for a Community Bike Parade to Cyclovia ATX!
Waiver Required: RSVP to Cyclovia ATX (FREE) to participate which includes the waiver. Please arrive early enough to get checked-in before roll out. Event packet pick-up upon arrival at Cyclovia ATX.
Meet-Up Location: Maplewood Elementary School parking lot
Arrival: 9:15 AM
Roll Out: 9:40 AM
Helmets: Required
Route: Maplewood Ave -> Ashwood Rd -> Wrightwood Rd -> Wilshire Blvd -> Schieffer Ave -> Zach Scott St
Rolling Enclosure with cross traffic temporarily stopped as the group crosses Airport Blvd, Camacho St, and Berkman Dr.
Arriving at Marshall Middle School and the opening of the Cyclovia ATX event at 10 am. Participants would be responsible for their own return.

Route: Westminster Dr -> Waterbrook Dr -> E 51st St -> Tilley St
Rolling Enclosure on the route with cross traffic temporarily stopped. Traffic on 51st street will be stopped for the group to travel 0.1 miles in the westbound lanes and then cross left (south) across the eastbound lanes onto Tilley St.
Arriving at Marshall Middle School and the opening of the Cyclovia ATX event at 10 am. Participants would be responsible for their own return.
